Our 7620 Metro Centre Drive site is conveniently located near the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport, about 10 minutes from the state capital and the University of Texas campus, in the 550-acre MetCentre, a mixed-use development. This single-tenant building was constructed in 2000 as a network operations centre, data centre, office building and conference facility. The site has diverse underground electrical duct banks from a nearby substation with seven fiber optic providers are in close proximity to the building.
